Emergency Spill Response

In the event of a petroleum or chemical spill, PGL offers clients reassurance with 24-hr response services that are professional, practical and cost effective. In addition to reporting, assessment, containment, control, clean-up, remediation, and restoration, these services include complete project management.

Clients value how PGL achieves success by approaching each project with preparation, objectivity, and precision. Knowing exactly what to expect, what the needs are, and how to proceed helps control the time and costs required to remedy a spill. Each response is uniquely developed for the specific needs of the spill so that no unnecessary actions are taken.

PGL's multi-disciplined response team consists of chemists, geologists, biologists, toxicologists, and engineers who have years of experience with and extensive knowledge of procedures and regulations pertaining to spill sites. Our team has been recommended by provincial regulators as emergency spill responders. All spill responders hold certificates for Occupational Health and Safety (OHSA) 40-hour training and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training.
