PGL is inviting applications for a Proposal Coordinator to join our Administration Support Team in our Vancouver office. The successful candidate will be working closely with our marketing and business development team to produce and coordinate the company's response to RFP and proposal requests. Part of this role will act as backup and vacation relief for our Word Processor/Editor by delivering services that include proofing, editing, formatting and document production. This position requires a strong team player with excellent communication, organizational and planning skills with initiative and the ability to work independently and juggle multiple deadlines.
